2. Notice Period: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 2 days' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

3. Cancellation Fee: If a client fails to provide the required 2 days' notice or cancels a scheduled tutoring session, a cancellation fee of $40 will be charged to the client.

4. Payment and Invoicing: The cancellation fee will be added to the client's account and invoiced accordingly. The client agrees to pay the cancellation fee within the specified payment terms.

5. Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule a math physics tutor within the specified notice period without incurring a cancellation fee, subject to tutor availability.

6. Exceptions: The cancellation fee may be waived or adjusted in cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of S.T.E.M.Online.com. Clients must provide valid documentation or evidence to support their request for exemption.

7. Communication of Cancellation: Clients must notify S.T.E.M.Online.com of any cancellations or rescheduling requests by contacting the designated point of contact via email or phone call.

8. Failure to Attend: If a client fails to attend a scheduled tutoring session without providing prior notice or cancels on the day of the session, the full session fee may be charged in addition to the cancellation fee.

9. Tutor Availability: In the event that a math physics tutor is unable to fulfill a scheduled session, S.T.E.M.Online.com will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement tutor. If a replacement tutor is not available, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost or a refund will be provided.

10. Amendments: S.T.E.M.Online.com reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. The most current version will be applicable and communicated to clients in writing.

By engaging in tutoring services provided by S.T.E.M.Online.com, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the above cancellation policy.
